EPISODE 27 SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS
What are the three different types of rambling?
The first type of rambling is where you get off track, and repeat saying the same thing over and over again.
The second type of rambling is called meandering. Let’s say, you're going down the track, you're on point A, maybe halfway to point B. And then a fascinating idea catches your mind. When you’re speaking of that, your mind triggers another idea and you eventually, forget to understand where you are and what you are speaking about. You find that your people are losing interest.
The third type is where you're making up your speech as you go.
